Prince Edward Islanders will tell you they grow the best potatoes in the world so make sure you order 'em at dinner and see for yourself!
Day 2 | Breakfast at your cozy hotel and then drive to the North Coast for our serene nature escape. Free time in the afternoon - walk along the surrounding nature trails, take a paddleboard out on the water, soak in the hot tub, sweat it out in the sauna or take a cold plunge. For dinner, meet our local oyster biologist for a paddle out to secluded beach (take in the Fall colours along the way) and a deep dive into PEI's oyster industry and learn everything there is to know about oysters.
DAY 3 | Free day to explore everything our oasis has to offer. Yoga classes, PEI's best beach, kayaks, paddleboards, saunas or just sit back and read a book in nature.
Tonight's dinner (optional): a bucketlist foodie experience! Sure to be a memorable meal, this multi-course fireside feast starts with a culinary farm tour, goes onto Oyster Hour (unlimited raw oysters), and three fire stations with hors d’oeuvre’s cooked or smoked with live fire; a sabre toast with sparkling wine. The feast includes a sit-down multi-course meal in front of our 25-foot live-fire hearth. We serve a bread course, Maritime Chowder, Earth Plate and Salad Course, Shared Plate, Meat or Catch of the Day with Vegetables Course and Farm Dessert. Finish the evening off with house-made marshmallows roasted over an open fire!
Option to stay back and enjoy dinner at the resort!
