A women's nature and movement retreat to reset your nervous system

As the leaves turn and the air softens, step out of the noise and into nature’s slower rhythm. This women’s retreat is a gentle pause, a weekend designed to help your nervous system unwind through movement, warmth, water and unhurried connection.

Set in the quiet beauty of Northern Ontario in early fall, your days unfold with grounding practices, nourishing meals, lakeside adventures and evenings by the fire.

Come as you are, exhale what you’ve been carrying, and leave feeling steadier, clearer, and deeply restored.

WILDERNESS WEEKEND

the plan

Day 1 | Arrive at Nature's Harmony by noon and meet the group. Sit down for a nourishing meal prepared by our very own Chef (who will be with us for the whole weekend). After lunch, your host Chelsi will lead you through a grounding connection exercise to get to know the group.

In the evening, wind down with a restorative youga session before sitting down for a delicious dinner.

End the day with a bonfire.

 

 

Day 2 | Wake up and give your body the stretch it needs with a mat only pilates session led by Chelsi followed by breakfast. The rest of the morning is yours - explore one of the nature trails on the 500 acres of property or cozy up with a book.

After lunch, head out on the water for a paddling session (paddleboards, kayaks and canoes are available - the choice is yours). If this is your first time, Chelsi will offer paddling lessons.

End the evening with a nourishing dinner and a bonfire!

 

 

Day 3 | Wake up and have breakfast. Take the morning to go for a nice walk (the Fall leaves should be in full colour). Join the group for lunch and sad goodbyes!

Depart any time.
